WHO WE ARE

Osiris (osiristrader.com) is operated by Lmond LLC ("Lmond", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service and we do not sell personal data — to anyone, ever.

DATA WE COLLECT

Account data. Name, email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google or Telegram we receive your basic profile (name, email or Telegram id) from that provider. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes; two-factor secrets and recovery codes are stored encrypted.

Preferences. Your screener defaults, appearance, notification choices, pinned pairs and price alerts — kept so the Service works the way you set it up.

Exchange API keys. If you connect the trading journal or the trading bot, the API keys you provide are stored encrypted and used exclusively to operate that feature. Journal keys are read-only. We never ask for withdrawal permissions.

Trading data. With the journal or bot connected, we import and store the trade history, balances and positions of your exchange account in order to display them to you.

Notifications. If you enable web push we store the push subscription your browser issues; if you link Telegram we store your chat id so our bot can message you.

Payment records. Payments are processed by third-party providers in cryptocurrency. We store the order reference, plan, amount and status — never card numbers or wallet private keys.

Technical data. When you use the Service we process your IP address and derive approximate location (country, region, city) and timezone from it, along with standard request logs, for security, abuse prevention and localisation.

HOW WE USE DATA

We use data to: provide and personalise the Service; deliver the notifications you asked for; process plan purchases; secure accounts and prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not profile you for purposes unrelated to the Service.

SHARING

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service: hosting infrastructure, email delivery, payment providers (to process your order), Telegram (to deliver messages you enabled) and the exchange APIs you connected (to read your account as instructed). Each receives only what its function requires. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.

SECURITY

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Exchange API keys, two-factor secrets and similar sensitive values are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — protect your account with a strong unique password, two-factor authentication or a passkey, all available in your security settings.

RETENTION AND DELETION

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your personal data from the live systems; residual copies in encrypted backups expire on rotation. Disconnecting the journal or revoking bot keys deletes the stored keys and imported trading data for that feature. Fired price-alert history is pruned automatically after 30 days.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in your settings; for anything else contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

CHILDREN

The Service is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Service, and the date above always reflects the current version.
