AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Lmond LLC ("Lmond", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Osiris platform available at osiristrader.com, including its web application, installable app, notifications and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

THE SERVICE

Osiris is a real-time analytics platform for cryptocurrency derivatives markets. Depending on your plan, the Service includes a live market screener, charts, an order-book densities scanner, market statistics, price alerts, an automated trading journal, an automated trading bot, and a developer API. Market data presented on the Service is derived from public exchange data and computed by our own engine; it is provided for informational purposes only.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. We offer optional sign-in via Google and Telegram; your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Parts of the Service require a paid plan. Plans are sold as prepaid periods: there is no auto-renewal and nothing is ever charged automatically — a plan simply expires unless you renew it, and renewing early adds time on top of your current period. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers in cryptocurrency; we do not receive or store card details. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the plan period has started. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and may evolve; changes will not reduce the core value of a period you have already paid for.

FREE TRIAL

Where offered, a free trial gives temporary access to paid features, once per account. Nothing is charged during or after a trial — when it ends, your account simply returns to the free tier.

EXCHANGE API KEYS

Certain features (the trading journal, the trading bot) work by connecting API keys of your own exchange account. You remain the owner of that account at all times. Journal keys require read-only permission; bot keys require futures trading permission. We instruct you never to enable withdrawal permissions, and the Service never requests them. Keys are stored encrypted and are used solely to provide the feature you connected them for. You may revoke keys at any time in your settings or at the exchange.

AUTOMATED TRADING

The optional trading bot places orders on your own exchange account according to a strategy operated by us and risk limits you configure (budget, leverage, daily loss limit, trade caps). You acknowledge that: (a) automated trading can lose money quickly; (b) past performance does not predict future results; (c) execution depends on the exchange and on market conditions we do not control; and (d) you are solely responsible for the decision to run the bot and for its results. We recommend starting on testnet. The bot is provided as a tool, not as investment management, and we do not act as your broker, advisor or fiduciary.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Alerts, screeners, trend labels and other computed signals are informational tools. Always do your own research and consider consulting a qualified professional.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: (a) breach any applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent rate limits, or probe its infrastructure; (c) scrape, resell or redistribute the Service's data except through the developer API within its documented limits; (d) reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law; (e) share one account across multiple persons or resell access; (f) upload malicious content or attempt to access other users' data.

DEVELOPER API

API access is provided under your plan's documented rate and usage limits. API keys are personal; keep them secret. We may throttle, suspend or revoke API access that exceeds limits or degrades the Service for others.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service — including its software, design, computed metrics, text and branding — is owned by Lmond or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own purposes in accordance with these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service interoperates with third parties — cryptocurrency exchanges, Google and Telegram sign-in, Telegram notifications, and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their terms. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We work to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee: maintenance, upstream exchange outages and events beyond our control can interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, at any time.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MARKET DATA, METRICS, ALERTS OR NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LMOND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lmond and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) survive.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
